  • How do I reset or change my password?
    • You need to go to <Account Details>, in <My Account>.
  • How do I recover my password?
    • You need to click on <Lost my Password> in the login page. A password reset link will be send to your registered email.
  • How do I cancel an item?
    • You can request for the cancellation of an item as long as the seller has not shipped it yet. 
    • If the seller already sent your item or if they refuse your cancellation request, you will have to wait until you receive the item and then start a return procedure by calling our call center on 402 9150 or send a blank SMS on 8685, and we will get back to you.
  • How can I contact the seller?
  • How do I ask for refunding?
    • Contact our customer service on 402 9150 or send an email on support@sms.mu to initiate the refund procedure.
  • How to recover my payment details?
    • Your payment details will be sent via SMS to your mobile number registered with SMS.
